Oh, Halloween…

The holiday that at one point in all our lives meant innocent costumes and guest-bedroom pillowcases stuffed with brightly wrapped confections.

But as adults, the 31st of October just means a great excuse to cut loose and act a little wild.

Dawn your most daring costume and join Eye Level Art for The Dark Arts Ball a Halloween gala and night of mischief benefiting the Boys and Girls Clubs of the Trident Area.

The Heriot Street warehouse gallery will be transformed by local artists Max Miller, Bennett Goodman, Julio Cotto, Sarah Haynes and Labanna Bly with interactive art and installations.

Catch the turntable talents of DJ CMNDR and DJ Stella by Starlight, sultry burlesque show by the Red Hot Rebelettes, professional photobooth by  HOITZ&NEILSEN / fuzzco, plus a dark arts lounge by OOH! Events.

As you dance catch projections of your favorite horror movie moments (that ELA fans voted on via Twitter & Facebook!) then slip outside and grab a bite from Street Food’s CarnEvil and Bangkok Dangerous stations as you mingle with the most avant-garde and creative crowd in the Holy City.

Eye Level Art will also raffle off a free rental of either of their galleries (valued at $650) in addition to a on year special single membership (valued at $100). All attendees to the Dark Arts Ball will be entered to win.

Valet parking is available for those wishing to park in the Eye Level Art parking lot for $5. Taxi service to and from the gallery is strongly encouraged.
